Diane Roberto is the directress of the morning 3- to 6-year-old class. She acquired her B.A. from Manhattanville College, a Master of Arts from John Carroll University, and her AMS Primary Diploma from Fairleigh Dickinson University. "It is a joy and privilege to work with Horizon's children and their incredibly supportive families- every day brings new wonders!"

Cindy Jo Shwab is an assistant in the morning class. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL with a B.A. in Elementary Education. She is also a registered yoga teacher. Cindy Jo recently joined the Horizon Montessori School and "loves the tranquil energy that vibrates through the school. The children and teachers make it feel like coming home, and I am fortunate to be part of the family."

Mary Beth Scolaro is an assistant in the Enrichment class. Mary Beth sees Horizon Montessori School as "the perfect environment for young children to learn the skills needed to empower them as they grow older." She is pleased to be part of a peaceful and exciting team.

Nicola Moore is an assistant in the morning class. She graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. In addition to teaching at Horizon, Nicola is a certified nursing assistant. "I love that Horizon is like a big family, and the Montessori way of learning is amazing. I love that each child gets the one-on-one attention they need. I am so excited to get to know these wonderful children and watch them grow as individuals."

Melissa Guinn is a co-director of the Enrichment class. She received her Associate's Degree from Lakeland Community College and her Early Childhood Credential from Walsh University. "I think of Montessori daily, granting myself the grace to grow as a teacher in unity with the other educators and families of Horizon."

Jennifer Richards is a co-director of the Enrichment class. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Skidmore College, a Master of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University, and an AMI certification from Ohio Montessori Training Institute. "Every day is a new opportunity for children to learn and grow. As a facilitator, I am constantly learning and improving my skills so that we all benefit from our self-discovery."

Elizabeth Hutton is the directress of the Toddler class and the directress of the afternoon kindergarten room. She acquired a B.A. in Psychology from Kent State University, received a Master of Education from Xavier University, and earned her Early Childhood Credential from the American Montessori Society. "I really enjoy what great parents Horizon Montessori School has. I also love the size of the school- Horizon is like a large extended family which allows for a better student-parent-teacher relationship."

Anna Tigay is an assistant in the Toddler class. She earned her teaching degree from Odessa State in Ukraine. "I like the creative, peaceful and friendly environment at Horizon."

Shaniqua Caffee is an afternoon assistant in the Enrichment class. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from John Carroll University. She also earned a Master of Science and Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. "It has been a blessing to be a part of such a special experience in the lives of children as their minds are expanding and exploring the world around them. It is my belief that all children deserve the best from the best no matter their background and status. I am proud to bring my love of children, learning, and bettering the lives of others one at a time to Horizon Montessori."

Molly Garfield is the school's morning office manager. She received her B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Cleveland State University. "Horizon is a place where children can be their inquisitive, fascinating selves. The classroom allows them to blossom and fully explore whatever it is they are fascinated by or trying to master."

Lauri Kerr is the school's afternoon office manager. She received her B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah and earned her Associate Degree in paralegal studies. "I enjoy watching the children each day. To see them grow and learn every day is wonderful. They are so full of excitement and joy, you can look at their faces and know that they are learning something new each day."
